VALUES UNDER  2 MILLION   ——————-  35 % OF TAX SAVINGS

VALUES OVER    2 MILLION   ——————-  30 % OF TAX SAVINGS

VALUES OVER     5 MILLION    ——————  26 % OF TAX SAVINGS

VALUES OVER    8 MILLION    ——————   22 % OF TAX SAVINGS

 

INVENTORY / PERSONAL PROPERTY RENDITION FILING    ——  $  179.    FLAT FEE

( VALUE REDUCTION 45 % OF TAX SAVINGS EXTRA, IF ACHIEVED )

WE ALSO FILE DIFFERENT KINDS OF EXEMPTIONS ON OUR CLIENTS BEHALF LIKE HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION , OVER 65, AG, CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION , DISABILITY, BACK TAXES, ETC.

WE REALLY WORK  HARD TO SAVE YOU  MONEY ON YOUR PROPERTY TAXES AND LIKE US TO HAVE OUR FAIR SHARE ON ABOVE PERCENTAGE IN 30 DAYS OF INVOICE.

PROPERTY OWNERS HAVE 30 DAYS TO PAY AFTER INVOICING OF SERVICES. INTEREST WILL ACCRUE AT 1.5 % PER MONTH ON UNPAID BALANCE. ALL VALUES INDICATED ARE BEFORE PROTEST MARKET VALUES.
